MaxBilling ships with the following agents:
◼ MaxBilling PostInstallUpgrader Agent – executes the necessary upgrade changes on the application’s components after each new installation
◼ MaxBilling Admin Object Sync Agent – synchronizes Groups, Users, User Types, Clients, Matters and Workspaces information in the corresponding MaxBilling objects.
◼ MaxBilling Report Generator Agent – generates MaxBilling
◼ MaxBilling Scheduler Agent – checks if there are active schedules and creates report/invoice generation requests for them.
◼ MaxBilling Invoice Generator Agent – generates MaxBilling invoices
◼ MaxBilling Hosting and Users Sync Agent – updates the Hosting and Users with Access widget.
◼ MaxBilling Daily Statistics Collector Agent – collects statistics for the dtSearch Index size
◼ MaxBilling File Statistics Collector – collects statistics for Native, Image and Production files count.
◼ MaxBilling Collected Statistics Collector – collects statistics for Available DB size, Used DB size and Extracted Text size.
◼ MaxBilling Language Statistics Collector – collects statistics for translation services.
◼ MaxBilling Import Statistics Collector – collects statistics for files import and promotion jobs.

In RelativityOne, the following agents are created in addition to the listed above:

◼ MaxBilling CaseRollup Collector Agent – collects statistics for the hosting-related report items
◼ MaxBilling CaseRollup Links Collector Agent – collects statistics for the linked hosting-related items as well as for the relation between ECA and Review workspaces.
In RelativityOne, all MaxBilling agent types will be created automatically upon installation.
In Relativity Server, the MaxBilling PostInstallUpgrader Agent should be created manually and then it will automatically create the rest of the necessary MaxBilling agents (see Initial Installation section).
Each agent type should be created once, i.e. no multiple instances of an agent type are allowed.
All MaxBilling agents should be kept enabled.
In RelativityOne, any errors, warnings as well as additional information logged by the MaxBilling agents are stored on the Staging Area under \StructuredData\TSDLogs\MaxBillingInstance\Agents
Alternatively, any errors can be extracted using the Relativity Log Extractor application.
In Relativity Server, any errors, warnings as well as additional information logged by the MaxBilling agents are stored C:\TSDLogs\MaxBillingInstance\Agents on the corresponding Agents Server.
