To download the report files, open a Report and click Download Report Files button in the report console.
A zip file containing Excel and PDF files with the corresponding billing information is downloaded.
◼ Report Summary (Client Breakdown).pdf – PDF report file is generated when ‘Separate reports for each client on the profile’ or ‘One aggregated report for the whole Relativity instance’ are generated.
◼ Report Summary (Workspace Breakdown).xlsx – the file contains summarized report information on a Workspace basis.

- Breakdown by Workspaces – displays the currency amounts for each billing category along with additional information regarding the corresponding Matters, Clients and the storage type of the workspaces.

◼ ExportData-Clients.xlsx – the file displays detailed report information on a billing item level grouped by Clients
” ‘ ” symbol is added automatically in the beginning of each cell, that contains text, in all the excel report files, to prevent potential formula injection.
Download Legal Budget Report Files
To download the Legal Budget report files, open a Report and click Download Legal Budget Report Files button in the report console.
