Pricing Thresholds

To setup specific conditions towards the workspaces within the Pricing, you edit the Pricing and use the Thresholds options.

◼ Base Thresholds – you can specify minimal or maximal caps in terms of total currency amount value which will be considered for each workspaces.

• Minimal Cap – the minimum workspace cap value will be applied in Workspaces’ total in case its value is below the Minimum Workspace Cap value.

You can use the Minimal Cap field to apply flat fees for workspaces. The Minimal Cap value affects the grand total of the report, while the end users still have visibility on the actual calculations in terms of usage amount, unit prices and sub-totals in the Subtotal column of the Report.

• Maximal Cap – the maximal workspace cap value will be applied in the Workspaces’ total in case its value exceeds the Maximal Workspace Cap value.

You can use the Maximal Cap field to restrict the Workspaces total charge. The Maximal Cap value affects the grand total of the report, while the end users still have visibility on the actual calculations in terms of usage amount, unit prices and subtotals in the Subtotal column of the Report.

◼ Advanced Thresholds – for reporting purposes, you can skip the workspaces which have equal or usage amount, compared to the Threshold Value of the specified Billing Item.

If some Categories are selected, instead of being skipped, those workspaces will be charged only for the billing items from the selected Categories.

• Billing Item – select the billing item against which you want to apply the Threshold Value
• Unit – select the unit which will be considered for the Threshold calculation
• Threshold Value – fill in the usage amount (number) which will be considered regarding the selected Billing item
• Categories – select one or multiple categories (optional).
