Language Services Category
The items in Language Services category represent the total usage (sum of the size or counts) of any
translation or transcription jobs that were completed within the reported period.
To add a new Language Services pricing item to the Pricing:
1. Navigate to Language Services category.
2. Click New.
3. Fill in the following fields:
- Type – select the desired report item from the list.
- Unit – select a unit which will be applied in the report.
- Select whether the item to be considered as Billable in the report.
- Populate Unit Price to set the single price for pricing unit.
- Populate Discount % to set a discount for the item. (optional)
- Select a Service Type – Machine, Human or Certified:
- Machine – Specific rate (Price) will be applied for Machine services only. Other Service Types will not be considered unless added in separate entries.
- Human – Specific rate (Price) will be applied for Human services only. Other Service Types will not be considered unless added in separate entries.
- Certified – Specific rate (Price) will be applied for Certified services only. Other Service Types will not be considered unless added in separate entries.
- Blank – the rate (Price) will be applied for any Service Types, as long as another entry with a specific Service Type is not created.
