Case Rollup Category

The items in Case Rollup category capture different SQL sizes, linked data as well as hosting size and its components. Case Rollup calculated usage is based on the peak value within the reported period.

To add a new Case Rollup pricing item to the Pricing:

  1. Navigate to Case Rollup category
  2. Click New
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    • Type – select the desired report item from the list
    • Unit – select a unit which will be applied in the report
    • Select whether the item to be considered as Billable in the report
    • Populate Unit Price to set the single price for pricing unit
    • Populate a Discount % to set a discount for the item (optional)
    • Select a Charge level:
      • Workspace Peak – the highest usage amount for each Workspace within the billing period will be reported
      • Matter Peak – the usage for each Workspace from the date when was the highest usage of the corresponding Matter will be reported
      • Client Peak – the usage for each Workspace from the date when was the highest usage of the corresponding Client will be reported
      • Instance Peak – the usage for each Workspace from the date when was the highest usage of the entire Relativity instance will be reported
      • Current Value – the usage for each Workspace as it was on the last day of the reported period will be

For each billing item (e.g. Publish Data File Size), you can add an entry with one of the Peak Charge Level values (Workspace Peak, Matter Peak, Client Peak, Instance Peak) and another entry with a Current Value Charge Level.

Note: You are not allowed to have entries with different Peak Charge Level values, e.g. Workspace Peak + Matter Peak within the same Pricing.

    • Select Storage Type:
      • Review – Specific rate (Price) will be applied for Review workspaces only.

Other Storage Types will not be considered unless added in separate entries.

      • Repository – Specific rate (Price) will be applied for Repository workspaces only.

Other Storage Types will not be considered unless added in separate entries.

      • Cold Storage – Specific rate (Price) will be applied for Cold Storage workspaces only.

Other Storage Types will not be considered unless added in separate entries.

      • Blank – the rate (Price) will be applied for any workspaces, as long as another entry with a specific Storage Type is not created.

Example: If you add Publish Data File Size with Unit Price 10.00, without selecting Storage Type and then you add Publish Data File Size one more time with Unit Price 2.50 and Storage Type: Cold Storage, as a result, you will get the Cold Storage workspaces charged with 2.50 and the rest of the workspaces – charged with 10.00.

Example: If you add Publish Data File Size with Unit Price 3.30 and Storage Type: Repository and then you add Publish Data File Size one more time with Unit Price 2.50 and Storage Type: Cold Storage, as a result, you will get the Repository workspaces charged with 3.30, the Cold Storage workspaces charged with 2.50, and the rest of the workspaces (any Review) will NOT be included.
