Note: If this is a RelativityOne instance all MaxBilling Agent types will be created automatically upon installation. Otherwise, MaxBilling PostInstallUpgrader Agent will automatically create the rest of the necessary MaxBilling Agents (once Step 3 noted in the Initial Installation section is completed).

Note: MaxBilling agents are capable to work on the RelativityOne Compute infrastructure as well as on the Agents Servers infrastructure.

Note: You have only one instance of each MaxBilling Agent Type created on a Relativity® instance. All MaxBilling agents must be enabled.

Note: If this is a RelativityOne instance, any errors and warnings logged by the MaxBilling Agents are stored in the EDDSLogging database. Otherwise, any errors, warnings as well as additional information logged by the MaxBilling agents are stored under C:\TSDLogs\MaxBillingInstance\Agents on the corresponding Agents Server.
