Hosting and Users with Access
Hosting and Users with Access table widget displays information about the total billable size as well as about the users with enabled access for each workspace. The data is populated automatically, and it does not rely on previously generated reports, as opposed to the Report Data widget.
- Publish Data Current Month (GB) column is populated with the workspace peak value of the Publish Data Size (Total Billable File Size + Text Only Size) for the current calendar month.
- Publish Data Previous Month (GB) column is populated with the workspace peak value of the Publish Data Size (Total Billable File Size + Text Only Size) for the previous calendar month.
- Publish Data Added (GB) displays the difference between the current and the previous month. If the difference is a negative number, i.e. more data has been deleted than added, the column is populated with 0.00 value.
The Users’ information is split into 3 columns so the User Type to be considered.
- Internal Users Count shows the number of Internal users with enabled access to the corresponding workspace within the current calendar month.
- External Users Count shows the number of External users with enabled access to the corresponding workspace within the current calendar month.
- Total Users Count shows the sum of all user types with enabled access to the corresponding workspace within the current calendar month (Internal + External + any other types).
To view Hosting and Users with Access widget, navigate to Dashboard tab and click Show/Hide Widgets on the right. Select a Hosting and Users with Access widget.
