Committed Size and Utilization

Committed Size and Utilization table widget displays information about the total committed size in terms of hosted data as well as about the utilization for the past 12 months. The data is populated automatically, and it does not rely on previously generated reports.

• Workspace Peak is considered when Publish Data File Size is calculated. Publish Data File Size is the sum of Total Billable File Size + Document Size Text Only.
• The Committed Size is stored in MaxBilling-> Settings-> Data Tier. Its value is in TB. Value is customizable.
• Linked Size – the peak linked size for the Repo workspaces.

To view Committed Size and Utilization widget, navigate to Dashboard tab and click Show/Hide Widgets on the right. Select a Committed Size and Utilization widget.
